Do you maintain a clear overview even when many details are happening simultaneously – and ensure that our guests feel completely well taken care of? Then you're a perfect fit for us. As a Banquet & Conference Coordinator (m/f/d), you will guarantee the smooth running of our events: from the preparation and follow-up of all banquet and conference activities, through coordination with seminar leaders and speakers, to monitoring and implementing our quality standards. You will actively support the optimization of processes, assist with setup and teardown, and oversee the execution of our large-scale catering events – including the show jumping and dressage derby in Klein Flottbek.
€1,000 hiring bonus
To kick-start your career at our 4-star hotel in southern Hamburg, you'll receive a signing bonus of €1,000 (gross) – paid in two installments.

What you bring with you
Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry and have experience in the banquet sector of upscale hotels or in a comparable position. You speak fluent German and English, work independently and are service-oriented, enjoy interacting with guests, and handle hotel equipment responsibly.
