Do you enjoy being the first point of contact, maintain a clear overview even in stressful moments, and ensure that guests feel instantly welcome? Then you're a perfect fit for us. As a Shift Leader Reception (m/f/d), you will independently handle all classic reception tasks: check-in, check-out, cash reconciliation, inspections, reporting, and daily closing procedures. You will manage a shift, including a smooth handover, monitor the booking situation, and actively work towards optimal occupancy. With our upselling program, you will increase revenue (rooms, packages, cross-selling), professionally handle complaints, and consistently follow up on them. You will also support the reservation process (accounting tasks), create group offers according to the Front Office Manager's specifications, check reservations/overbookings/options, and contribute to maintaining the channel manager.
€1,500 hiring bonus
To kick-start your career at our 4-star hotel in southern Hamburg, you'll receive a signing bonus of €1,500 (gross) – paid in two installments.

What you bring with you
Completed vocational training in the hotel industry and professional experience in front office. You work in a structured, decisive, and independent manner, have high quality standards, and enjoy interacting with people. Good to very good written and spoken English skills, as well as solid computer skills and experience with hotel software (ideally PROTEL), complete your profile.
