Do you have a knack for keeping track of numbers, deadlines, and smooth processes? Then you're a perfect fit for us. In this role, you'll independently manage day-to-day accounting (general ledger accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable), monitor and post bank data daily, and review internal hotel bookings and cash deposits. You'll analyze accounting data and daily closing statements from Protel, reconcile credit card transactions, vouchers, deposits, and payments, and handle the dunning process. You'll also review, code, and post incoming invoices, prepare reports and statistics, and collaborate with management and our tax advisor to create monthly and annual financial statements – including VAT returns. As a key contact person, you'll support management with questions regarding internal controls and closely coordinate business transactions.
€2,000 hiring bonus
To kick-start your career at our 4-star hotel in southern Hamburg, you'll receive a signing bonus of €2,000 (gross) – paid in two installments.

What you bring with you
At least a completed apprenticeship as a tax clerk, several years of professional experience, and sound knowledge of financial accounting. You work independently, are open, communicative, reliable, and a team player. Good computer skills (ideally SBS-Rewe neo and MS Office) complete your profile.
